Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the refund conditions, we will process the refund. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account and the processing time may take 7 working days.
Shipping Cost:
When returning products due to personal preference or unsuitability, the shipping cost is usually borne by the customer. If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong products, we will bear the relevant shipping costs.
